An Arduino workshop is being conducted by Vikram Sarabhai Research Centre in association with IBM, MDS Public School

An Arduino workshop is being conducted by Vikram Sarabhai Research Centre in association with IBM, MDS Public School and The Radiant Academy from 20th july,2021 where 25 students along with faculty members are attending this 4-day workshop.

The workshop started with introduction of Vikram Sarabhai Research Centre and its motives.

Later, students were introduced to all the components they received in kit which had an “Arduino Nano board” ,LED’s, resistors, buzzer, breadboard, battery, battery snapper, jumper wires, motor etc.

The purpose of the kit is to make students understand and use everything for their future hands on projects.

With a brief theoretical introduction, students started with hands on practice and completed their first day making a water level indicator.

They learned to recognise resistors,understood breadboard and made some basic LED circuits etc.

Director of MDS Dr Shailendra Somani informed that this activity is conducted ONLINE under MDS ATAL LAB under the guidance of ATL Incharge Ms Divya Jain, Reeta Maru,Rakshit Kothari, Gaurav Shrimali and Krunal Koshti.
